Communications Specialist

Jibri Trawick is a Philadelphia-born multimedia production professional and Communications Specialist at School Improvement Partnership. She is a recent graduate who brings cutting-edge experience creating compelling, community-centered content across education, nonprofit, and media spaces.

Her work spans copywriting, video production, graphic design, and social media marketing, with a focus on storytelling that is both accessible and influential. Jibri currently serves as Video Director for the You Matter Marathon and Mattering Summit, initiatives centered on mental health awareness, and works as a Community Engagement Coordinator at Valley Forge Public Service Academy. She also supports youth development through her role as a substitute teacher with the School District of Philadelphia and Delaware County.

Previously, Jibri has worked as a copywriter, videographer, and artist for a commercial advertising agency, and as a Social Media Marketer for Adoptions From the Heart. Her background also includes editorial work across multiple online media platforms, where she developed strong skills in digital content management and audience engagement.

Jibri holds a Bachelor of Science in Cinema, Television, and Media Production from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania, where she also studied abroad at the University of Newcastle in Australia. Her work is driven by a passion for creative storytelling and using media as a tool for connection and impact.
